• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

• Delays or technical failures beyond waze009's reasonable control.

In all circumstances, waze009's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Waze009 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate changes for the security of the platform.

Continued use of the waze009 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.
